Shipping and Delivery

We ship within 3-5 business days if the product is already in the Philippines at the time of order. A small percentage of items in our inventory may require a longer ship-out time as noted in our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions chart below.

All inventory in the website that states 30-35 days are currently in our L.A. office. These merchandise requires a 30-45 days transit to the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao). There will be at times when the cargo is on hold by US & Philippine Customs for inspections, we expect an even longer waiting period of up to 60 days. Inspections by government authorities are made on random basis only.

We ship via all major mail carriers, including JRS, DHL, and FedEx. Customers can specify the carrier of their choice.

On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email or phone if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item’s product page. i.e. US Customs Inspection.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method in the Philippines is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 3- 5 business days from the day you order them.

Expedited Shipping: We offer 1-3 Business Day via any carrier stated above at a different shipping costs.

PO Box Shipping: We do not deliver to PO Box’s. Customers should provide a physical shipping address.

I Never Received My Order

We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame. Most orders contain tracking information to confirm delivery status. If information is available for your package, please track your order using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or tucked behind bushes out of plain view.
