1.    Q: How can I order?

A: You can order easily through our website When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

2.    Q: Why should I buy in Eshopping Philippines?
A: We see to it that all our products are original. We never sell counterfeit, fake, or imitation items. We also have variety of products ranging from bakewares, kitchenwares, apparels, cosmetics, fragrances, and bags.  

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want through your account.

3.    Q: What information should I input when ordering?
A: Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. Please only enter your active phone number and email address for our team to easily communicate with you when clarification is needed.

4.    Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can only use all the major credit or debit cards or COD (Cash-on-delivery) as payment methods.

For paymaya and gcash, we are working on making it available as payment method to our store.

5.    Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact and notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

6.    Q: How can I change delivery address?
A: Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.

7.    Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements (for example: glass or large items) extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

11.    Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, you have to for your order to be processed. If you have any issues regarding this you can simply message us in our website for assistance.

A: All the products which are shown on our site are available unless if stated as "SOLD OUT".

16.    Q: How do create an account?
A: You can create your account directly from our website at right side where the "Login" word is. By clicking this, the page will refresh and you will see the login area but below the textbox you will see "Sign Up". Just click that and input your name and email address and click "Create". Viola! You now have your account. 

17.    Q: How can I retrieve my password?
A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

A: Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.


22.    Q: Can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

23.    Q: Shipping time?
A: Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.

24.    Q: Shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are dependent on your location and products on your order. As of now, we will be directly message you about the shipping fee.

25.    Q: Changing the shipping address?
A: You cannot change your shipping address once you have submitted your order. If you need to change the shipping address, you may cancel your order and change your address in your account. Please note that this should be done immediately for us to avoid issues in the delivery of the item.
